SUMMARY:Capac High School Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:A 40-year class reunion lead to the creation of a nonprofit alumni organization called “Capac Classmates Promoting Future Adults” and a career scholarship. An innovative scholarship going to the “most improved “. The focus for this scholarship is character. The purpose of this scholarship is to promote and support the community by supporting students in the pursuit of their future careers. It can be used for a business as well as certification programs or college costs and any senior or equivalent living in the Capac School District is eligible.  Our first scholarship was awarded in 2023. In 2024 we will be awarding two scholarships totaling $5\,000 from the generous support during last year’s event.
